In late 2015, we decided to switch our third-party management from a large well-known company to Pegasus Residential; and it made all the difference to our bottom line. Pegasus’ ability to focus on executing our cost containment strategies and maintaining great curb appeal has been instrumental in adding great value to our assets. Although we were a smaller shop at the time, Pegasus provided us with the same level of attention they would have given to their largest, most valuable client.
